Easy to Setup
Because there is no software to install, JumpCart is easy to set up and configure, even for multiple locations. What’s more, JumpCart lets you buy from the vendors you choose-we don’t lock you in to any pre-selected supplier.

You start with the Par Level Administration screen, which lets you specify how you want to manage your inventory and how orders will be created. JumpCart lets you easily:
- Enter vendor product numbers, along with your own custom product number if desired.
- Assign GL codes to items for expense tracking.
- Specify static or dynamic reorder policies.
- Static reorder policy
- When the inventory level of a product falls below par, an order is placed for a preset quantity of that product.
- Dynamic reorder policy
- When the inventory level of a product falls below par, an order is placed for an amount that will bring inventory to a preset quantity.
- Enter product descriptions and approved vendors for each product.
- Assign separate usage and reorder units of measure, such as box, case or each.
- Specify reorder points and reorder quantities.
- Assign inventory locations.
- Add custom fields for additional information.
The information entered on the Par Level Administration screen determines when something gets ordered, how much to order, and which vendor receives the order. This puts you in control of your inventory, and automatically creates orders reducing your requisition-to-order time and cost. Already have vendor and pricing information? JumpCart lets you easily import vendor, product, pricing and related information from Excel or text files.
JumpCart requires minimal user training. You decide how items will be scanned, then users simply scan barcodes at the appropriate point. Barcodes can be scanned from shelf labels, individual items, or from a custom catalog created by the JumpCart system.
You can set up JumpCart to automatically update information in your accounting system, on a company-wide or per-site basis. It can be used as a standalone inventory management system or integrated with your existing procurement application or ERP software.
