JumpCart uses an unobtrusive, lightweight keyfob scanner, about the size of the device you use to unlock your car doors. Scanning eliminates the time-consuming and error-prone practice of writing down and then keying in inventory amounts and orders. A simple click with the scanner records the item, location, and assigned vendor (no more maverick spending!)
Works With Virtually Any Supplier
JumpCart lets you choose your preferred supplier for each item. When an item reaches its reorder point, JumpCart automatically creates an order for you to review, edit if necessary, and approve. Once approved, you can automatically place the order:
- directly through the vendor’s ecommerce site;
- by direct EDI submission to the vendor;
- via fax; or
- through a separate procurement software application.
